Man accused choking child during domestic dispute

WAPPINGER – A Wappingers Falls man is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing in connection with a domestic dispute.
State Police at the Wappinger Barracks said Nicholas Perrone, 20, allegedly choked his victim, who was under the age of 17.
Perrone was released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
