TOWN OF FISHKILL – A 22-year-old Town of Fishkill man has been
arrested by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force following the execution
of a search warrant that turned up drugs.
Police raided a residence at 5 Anna Avenue and seized a quantity of brown
heroin, scales and packaging materials.
Rocco Guida, Jr. was charged on Tuesday, October 10 with felony criminal
possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
He was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Police said additional charges may be pending.
