Man charged with attempted burglary of Hudson market

CITY OF HUDSON – Police in the City of Hudson continue to investigate reports of burglaries in two eateries. At the same time, investigators arrested a local man on charges that he attempted to break into another store.
Michael Makoske, 27, of Hudson was arrested Saturday morning and charged with criminal mischief and attempted burglary of Sam’s Market at 101 Warren Street. The investigation is continuing and police said more charges may be forthcoming.
Police also continue to investigate burglaries at Governor’s Tavern and Nolitas Café, both of which were reported early Saturday morning.
