Drugs, gun seized in warrant search

POUGHKEEPSIE – A warrant search at an apartment at 10 Flannery Avenue in the City of Poughkeepsie on Friday resulted in one arrest and the seizure of cocaine and a stolen gun.
The City Police Neighborhood Recovery Unit, Emergency Services Unit and State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team seized some 77 grams of cocaine, a stolen, loaded .380 caliber handgun, a vehicle, some $8,300 in cash, and several articles used in the distribution of controlled substances.
Timothy Tillery, 54, of 10 Corlies Avenue in Poughkeepsie was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of stolen property, all as felonies.  He was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
