Putnam Hospital Center to expand emergency department

CARMEL – The emergency department at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel will be undergoing a major expansion and renovation.
The hospital, part of the HealthQuest family, will break ground on Thursday,
September 28 for a project that will see an additional 8,400 square feet
of space to include 11 treatment bays and a new nurses station.
The new facilities will also include separate ambulance and pedestrian entrances to improve safety and flow.
