POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 38 Glenwood Ave in the City of Poughkeepsie on Wednesday following an investigation into narcotics sales taking place at that location and surrounding area. Taken into custody was Frank Moss, 62, who lives there.
Over 200 bags of heroin, scales, packaging material, and $1,300 cash were seized.
Moss was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony. He is the Dutchess County Jail without bail. Additional charges may be pending.
