Cuomo, Christie name new Port Authority brass

NEW YORK – New York Governor
Andrew Cuomo and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie Tuesday named Kevin
O’Toole as chairman of the Board of Commissioners and Rick Cotton
as executive director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
They replace Executive Director Patrick Foye and Chairman John Degnan.
O’Toole is the managing partner in a law firm and recently concluded a long career in the New Jersey Legislature.
Cotton has served as Cuomo’s special counsel for interagency initiatives overseeing most of the major downstate infrastructure priorities include the new Tappan Zee Bridge.
The Port Authority operates the major New York metropolitan airports and Stewart International Airport near Newburgh.
