Domestic dispute leads to sexual abuse charge

TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – A Town of Poughkeepsie man was charged with aggravated sexual abuse as a felony following a domestic dispute that occurred on May 31.
Town Police began their investigation on July 12 when they received a complaint of the past incident. That led to the arrest of Thomas Angell, 37, who was arrested on July 20.
Angell was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.
