LAGRANGE – One of the
two 17-year-old Arlington High School students, who were seriously injured
in a one-car crash on Todd Hill Road in the Town of LaGrange Wednesday
afternoon has died, State Police said.
Ryan Mucci, 17, of LaGrange was a passenger in a car driven by Dillon
Colon, also 17 and from LaGrange. Mucci died from his injuries while Colon
remains in critical condition, troopers said Thursday.
Police said while the crash remains under investigation, speed is believed
to be a contributing factor.
The vehicle was traveling westbound on Todd Hill Road at around 2:35 p.m.
when it ran off the road and struck a tree.
