Hit-and-run fatal remains under investigation four years later

CALLICOON – State Police are asking for public help as they continue to investigate the July 29, 2013 hit-and-run death of a New York City woman in Callicoon.
Judy Feldman, who was 60 years old, was in Sullivan County visiting family and friends at the time. She was crossing Bridge Street in the hamlet at 4:15 p.m. when she was struck by an unknown vehicle. There were no known witnesses.
