SAUGERTIES – Police in
Saugerties arrested a Kingston man on charges of criminal contempt and
being a parole absconder.
Kevin Green, 32, was arrested when police were called to 69 Clermont Street
in Saugerties around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday for an unwanted person in
violation of an order of protection.
Officers found Green hiding under a bed.
He was arrested for violating an order of protection and it was later
determined there was an active arrest warrant for parole violation.
He was remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail on the parole warrant.
