TARRYTOWN – A 32-year-old
Tarrytown man was killed late Tuesday night when the motorcycle he was
operating ran off a road and struck a concrete barrier.
State Police said Kennedy Severino was pronounced dead at the scene of
the 10:38 p.m. accident.
Troopers said Severino was traveling northbound on the deceleration ramp
of exit 8 in I-87 in the Village of Tarrytown when he failed to maintain
his lane, lost control and struck the barrier.
