TOWN OF NEW WINDSOR – An Ossining man was arrested in New Windsor on felony charges of rape and criminal sexual act for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
New Windsor and Ossining Police investigated the case for four months before arresting Alexander Dago, 19, on Friday, March 24. He was arraigned and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or bond. He was later released after posting bond.
