Newburgh man charged with having sex with underage child

NEWBURGH – A 61-year-old Newburgh man has been arrested and charged
with the felony of predatory sexual assault of a child for allegedly having
sex with a child under the age of 13.

State Police arrested Jose Majano on Monday, March 6.

He was arraigned in Newburgh City Court and remanded to the Orange County
Jail with no bail.
