CORTLANDT – State Police charged a Queens woman with attempted assault as a felony for allegedly ramming a 10-year-old child with a shopping cart intentionally at the Walmart store in Cortlandt Manor on February 25.
Troopers had circulated a store surveillance image of the woman. Erica Walker was arrested on March 3.
Walker, who was also charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, was sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or bond.
