POUGHKEEPSIE – A LaGrange woman with an extensive background in
accounting Thursday announced that she would run on the Democratic Party
line for Dutchess County comptroller this November.
County Democratic Chairwoman Elisa Sumner said Robin Lois is the perfect candidate for the post.
“Robin Lois’ uncompromising attention to detail, to precision and to honesty, coupled with her impressive resume, makes her singularly quality to hold the position of Dutchess County comptroller,” Sumner said.
Incumbent Republican Comptroller James Coughlan is expected to seek re-election.
