KINGSTON – A Kingston man was arrested on charges of making graffiti
and possession of graffiti instruments following an investigation by Kingston
City Police and the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office.
Anthony Hill, 37, was accused of writing the tag “Curdle”
on several locations throughout the City of Kingston and surrounding area.
Hill was arrested on Tuesday, February 21 following the execution of a search warrant on his Green Street residence. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Kingston City Court.
