Kingston man charged with residential burglary

KINGSTON – City Police Tuesday arrested a Kingston man in connection with a past burglary on South Manor Avenue in Kingston.
Jeffery Smith, 21, was taken into custody on Tuesday, January 24 and charged with burglary, tampering with physical evidence, making a false statement and criminal possession of stolen property.  He was being held pending arraignment in Kingston City Court.
