Rock Hill man charged with discharging firearm during domestic dispute

ROCK HILL – State Police at Wurtsboro arrested a Rock Hill man
on a charge of reckless endangerment for allegedly firing one round from
a .22 caliber rifle during a domestic dispute with his adult son. 

No one was injured.
Troopers said William Finkel, 42, was also charged with endangering the welfare
of a child because three children under the age of 17 were present during
the incident. 
He was sent to the Sullivan County Jail pending a future court appearance.
