TOWN OF ULSTER – Police in the Town of Ulster arrested a Lake Katrine man on charges of unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief and aggravated harassment following an incident at the Route 9W Motel on Ulster Avenue in the Town of Ulster.
Kenneth Nuez, 24, was arrested after a police investigation determined that during a domestic dispute, he shoved the female victim and threatened her with physical harm. At one point during the dispute, he allegedly restricted her from leaving the room and grabbed her phone as she tried to contact someone for help.
Nuez was charged with misdemeanors of unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief and aggravated harassment and was committed to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 bail or $1,000 bond.
