MONROE – A Three-month undercover investigation by Monroe Police
resulted in the arrest of a 31-year-old Monroe man on a felony charge
of criminal possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor of criminal sale
of marijuana.
The investigation began when a resident reported possible drug activity
in their neighborhood.
The Monroe Police Detective Division along with the Patrol Unit and K-9
Unit served a search warrant at a residence on Friday and recovered a
large quantity of marijuana and cash.
Vidal Midland was arrested and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu
of $5,000 bail pending a future court appearance.
