KINGSTON – A New York City man and Kingston woman have been arrested
by Kingston City Police on drug charges.
On December 7, Kingston and Town of Ulster Police conducted an investigation
into the sale and transport of narcotics in the area of Ulster Street
in Kingston.
The investigation led to the arrests of Alexandra Balcom, 24, of Kingston
and Ravelle Williams, 23, of New York.
Each was arrested after being observed by police selling crack cocaine
on city streets.
Balcom was charged with felony criminal sale and possession of drugs and
criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Williams was charged with criminal
sale and possession of drugs as felonies and unlawful possession of marijuana.
