NEWBURGH – Three people were arrested and drugs and guns were seized
when Newburgh Police executed a search warrant at 207 Third Street Thursday
evening.
Following a several month-long investigation, city police and the Hudson
Valley Safe Streets Task Force arrested Ulee Johnson, 37, who was charged
with two felonies of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police confiscated 8.5 grams of cocaine, two rifles, several scales and
miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.
Also located at the same address were Carrie Williams, 37, and John Thompson,
28, both of whom had active arrest warrants from Newburgh City Court.
Williams was charged with criminal mischief and Thompson was charged with
assault and criminal mischief.
