Obvious clue leads Ramapo Police to charge man with DWI

MONSEY – Ramapo Town Police charged a Spring Valley man with driving while intoxicated following an accident on Route 59 in Monsey over the weekend. They had an obvious clue. The 66-year-man, whose name was not made public, was wearing his shoes on the wrong feet.
He displayed signs of intoxication and following investigation, was charged with DWI.
The man was released after posting bail pending a future court appearance.
