LIVINGSTON – The US Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force
and Livingston barracks of the State Police BCI have arrested a Livingston
man on a felony arrest warrant from the State of Florida.
Leonard Scoval, 74, was wanted on a charge of lewd and lascivious molestation
of a child stemming from an incident that occurred in Monroe County, Florida.
The victim was under the age of 12.
Scoval was arrested on Wednesday and remanded to the Columbia County Jail
pending extradition.
