WURTSBORO – A Bloomingburg mother and daughter have been arrested and charged with felony identity theft.
Arrested were Roxanne Foote, 55, and Ann Marie Webb, 32.
State Police at Wurtsboro received a complaint of identity theft from a Bloomingburg resident in September. An investigation revealed that in March, a fraudulent account was opened with a local cable company in the name of the resident.
Foote and Webb were subsequently arrested. They were each issued an appearance ticket returnable to Mamakating Town Court.
