Connecticut woman arrested as fugitive in Dutchess County

DOVER PLAINS – A Village of Pawling woman was arrested by State Police at Dover Plains as a fugitive from justice wanted by the Bethel, Connecticut Police.
Rosemarie Castillo, 58, was wanted on a larceny charge.  She was taken into custody on October 19 and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond pending extradition back to Connecticut.
