NEW CITY – Charges have been filed against four Rockland County residents following a three-month undercover investigation into street-level drug dealers in Clarkstown and Orangetown.
They are all charged in connection with selling crack and powder cocaine, heroin and marijuana to undercover police officers on several occasions in and around the Valley Cottage and Village of Nyack areas.

Arrested were Jason Alein, 32, of Valley Cottage, Candice Biggs, also known as Candi, 30, of Nyack, Jason Britt, also known as J-Gotti, 34, of Nyack, and Stephanie Federici, 32, of Valley Cottage.
District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said the defendants were major players in the open-air drug markets believed responsible for moving thousands of dollars in illegal drugs into the community.
Among those drug dealings, according to the charges, were the sales of narcotics in the area of the Nyack Plaza Apartments, including the front lot of Head Start of Rockland.  Those illegal activities were often surveilled by Orangetown Police and Rockland County Drug Task Force members.
