DOVER – Ridge Road in the Town of Dover has been reopened following work to realign and replace bridge D-32 over Coopertown Brook. The road averages 550 vehicles per day.
Motorists will continue to see work over the next several weeks including the installation of permanent guide rail, removal of the old bridge, grading work along the old roadbed and bridge site as well as clean-up work that may result in one-lane traffic for limited periods.
The Dutchess County Department of Public Works did the work.
