HILLCREST – Two Northeast Pennsylvania residents were arrested in the Hillcrest area of the Town of Ramapo on Thursday and charged with felony and misdemeanor drug possession.
Ramapo Police found a vehicle occupied by Rylee Smyth, 24, of Hawley, PA and Christopher Guglielmino, 22, of Tafton, PA, parked on Inwood Drive. An investigation found they possessed 20 grams of heroin as well as cocaine and methamphetamine.
Both were sent to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail each.
