Tanker truck flip ties up Thruway

HARRIMAN – Traffic in both directions at Harriman was shut down Saturday
morning after a tractor-trailer overturned on the southbound Thruway just
before exit 16 in Harriman.
Southbound traffic was held from entering at Newburgh exit17 and all northbound
traffic was diverted at Harriman exit 16.
The accident remained under investigation.
