MONTEBELLO – A warrant search of a home at 4 Rose Hill Road in the Village of Montebello has resulted in the arrest of a husband and wife and the seizure of several pounds of marijuana. The warrant was executed as part of a criminal investigation.
Jason Stern, 28 and Sarah Stern, 27, were each charged with felony possession of marijuana. Jason was also charged with misdemeanor drug possession after the late Thursday afternoon raid. Jason Stern was released on $5,000 bail and Sarah Stern was released with no bail.
The Ramapo Police Department was assisted by the Rockland County Narcotics Task Force.
