Chenier
KINGSTON – Mayor Steven Noble has appointed Joseph Chenier to serve
as superintendent of the City of Kingston Department of Public Works.
He is currently an assistant civil engineer having worked for the City
of Poughkeepsie for over 15 years.
Chenier is a resident of Kingston and will start on his new job on September
19.
Noble said Chenier has extensive experience in program administration,
construction management, budget and contract oversight, project review
and reporting, and supervision of field personnel, including DPW sewer,
parks and street department crews.
