KINGSTON – A Kingston man was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury in connection with a burglary in that city.
Dayshawn Allen, 21, allegedly participated in a home burglary on Cedar Street in July. He was arrested by Kingston City Police.
The indictment charges him with burglary in the first degree; burglary
in the first degree as an armed felony; robbery in the first degree; robbery
in the first degree as an armed felony.
