TOWN OF WALLKILL – The Orange County Drug Task Force and Town of Wallkill Police conducted a prostitution and drug sting on Tuesday. One woman and one man were arrested and charged with prostitution. Two men were charged with patronizing a prostitute and one man and a woman were arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
Charged with prostitution were Tricia Foust, 36, of Middletown and Richard Gilliam, 20, of South Fallsburg.
Ricardo Ramirez-Ortega, 22, of Middletown and Andrew Minor, 35, of Montgomery, were charged with patronizing a prostitute.
Edward Davis, 38, of Middletown and Shakima Perrin, 31, of Jamaica, Queens, were each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
