KINGSTON – A Kingston man incarcerated in the Ulster County Jail was charged following an investigation into an assault in the corrections facility.
On June 28, the Ulster Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of two inmates being involved in a fight. It was determined that Abduke London, 25, of Kingston allegedly assaulted the victim, causing lacerations, swelling and pain to the right side of his face.
London was charged with felony assault. Additional charges are possible, authorities said.
London remains in jail.
