Woman charged with hitting man over the head with baseball bat

COXSACKIE – A Coxsackie woman was arrested last Friday and charged with felony assault for allegedly striking a man in the head with a wooden baseball bat causing physical injury. The incident occurred at a residence in the Town of Coxsackie.
Jessica Sturner, 32, was arrested following the incident and sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
