SHAWANGUNK – A Town of Montgomery man was arrested on a felony charge of forcible rape.
The incident allegedly occurred on Wednesday, March 16. James Dunn, Jr., 51, was arrested the following day.
State Police said it is alleged that Dunn had forced and unwanted sex with an adult female while in a private home in the Town of Shawangunk. The two were acquainted prior to the incident, police said.
Dunn was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $300,000 bond.
