TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police resumed the search for a missing vulnerable woman who disappeared on Tuesday, February 16 from the Rockland Psychiatric Center’s facility at the Middletown Community Campus.
Wallkill Town, Middletown and State Police converged on Thursday on the community campus in hopes of finding clues leading Colleen Hanly, 42.
Wallkill Town Supervisor Daniel Depew said the campus is large with several vacant buildings, which need to be searched.
“They are using bloodhounds and some other things,” Depew said.  “There are a lot of buildings there and there is a lot of property there and our PD just wants to make sure that we can walk away from that property saying this individual is not there.”
This is the second time authorities searched the Middletown Community
Campus for clues as to Hanly’s whereabouts.
Police have said she has been off her medication and in need of medical attention.
