DOVER PLAINS – State Police
arrested a 17-year-old Webutuck High School student on a charge of making
a terrorist threat as a felony. The arrest stems from an investigation
into the February 29 threat of violence made to the school.
The student was arrested on Wednesday, March 2, arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
When State Police investigated the threat on the 29th, they determined it was unsubstantiated.
