RHINEBECK – State Police at Rhinebeck arrested a Woodstock man on charges related to alleged sexual encounters with an underage male.
Thomas Crowe, 64, allegedly met the boy on three occasions in the Town of Rhinebeck and Town of Clinton between January 1 and February 20. He had sexual contact with the victim and provided him with marijuana during an encounter, it is alleged.
Crowe was charged with two counts of criminal sexual act, one count of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He was sent the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
