Domer
HIGHLAND – State Police have arrested a Gardiner man for a felony of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
On February 17, police conducted a warrant search at the residence of Kevin Domer, 39, following an investigation by the computer crimes unit. Electronic devices were secured and further investigation revealed Domer possessed a digital video of a girl under the age of 16 engaging in a sexual performance.
On February 23, Domer was released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
