DOVER PLAINS – State Police arrested three Ellenville area men in connection with a burglary at the Olivet Center, formerly the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center in Dover Plains.
Daniel Yochum, 45, and Luis Rodriguez, Jr., 33, both of Kerhonkson, and Yoshua Pinto, 28, of Ellenville, were each charged with felony burglary.
When troopers were called to the facility just after noon on January 26, they saw a vehicle with the men at the corner of a building. Following an investigation, it was determined the three men had entered the building and removed copper wire.
State Police were assisted by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office.
All three are in the Dutchess County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond for Yochum, $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond for Rodriguez and $5,000 cash or $15,000 bond for Pinto.
