KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston have arrested a Kingston man
who was wanted on an active warrant for probation violation.
Detectives conducted a surveillance detail on December 31 in the area
of East Chester and Lincoln streets regarding information that Michael
Carpino, 35, was in the area. A surveillance detail spotted Carpino leaving
a business and was taken into custody without incident.
He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
