Cairo woman accused of cashing almost $5,000 in stolen checks

CATSKILL – State Police arrested a Cairo woman on felony charges of grand larceny and three counts of forgery in connection with a complaint of stolen and forged personal checks being cashed at area banks.  That resulted in the theft of $4,900 from the victim.
Victoria Canzniello, 32, who was an acquaintance of the victim, was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or 41,000 bond.
