PLATTEKILL – A Town of Plattekill man was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury in connection with a burglary in the town in October.
John Ilacqua, 45, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief. He is accused burglarized a residence. He was captured as he tried to escape the crime scene through a window, police said.
