PAWLING – State Police arrested a Putnam Lake man on charges that he had sex with a girl on several occasions over the course of years beginning when she was 10 years old.
The charges stem from incidents occurring in the Town of Pawling where it is alleged that Abner Alonzo-Santos, 30, had sexual contact with the child for years.
He was charged with predatory sexual abuse against a child and two counts of rape, all as felonies, and is in to the Dutchess County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
