Three Middletown residents arrested following attempted robbery of pizza deliveryman

PORT JERVIS – Police in Port Jervis arrested three Middletown men on charges of attempted robbery and criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies following an investigation into the attempted robbery of a pizza deliveryman on Owen Street.
Police got the trio when they fled the scene in a pickup truck just before midnight on Saturday, November 14.  Police said the truck the men were in was reported stolen from the Town of Goshen.
Arrested were Damien Brown, 20, Raheem James, 22, and a 17-year-old. James was also charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.  All three are in the Orange County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail each.
