GREENPORT – The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Hudson man on drug charges as investigators continue to execute search warrants in Greenport.
Deputies charged Jason Davis, 31, with felony drug possession after they
found him in possession of a large amount of crack cocaine and heroin
– about 13.5 grams of crack cocaine and 120 doses of heroin, all
packaged for sale. He is in the Columbia County Jail without bail.
Sheriff David Bartlett credited “good, old fashioned police work” that led to Davis’ arrest.
The sheriff said he expects others to be arrested as additional search warrants are executed.
