KINGSTON –
The Ulster County Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team has arrested
a 56-year-old Saugerties woman on drug charges following an investigation.
Jane Rosier was wanted for the felonies of criminal possession and sale
of a controlled substance stemming from a sale of Suboxone to an undercover
police officer in the Town of Saugerties.
Rosier was arrested on the evening of September 29 at her home in the
Village of Saugerties at which time additional drugs – heroin and
crack cocaine – were found on her. She was charged with misdemeanor
drug possession as a result.
She was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000
cash bail or $10,000 bond on the felony charges and $1,000cash bail or
$2,000 bond for the misdemeanors.
